GTA Rooter offers residential and commercial plumbing services across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including but not limited to:

• Emergency plumbing

• Drain cleaning

• Leak detection

• Pipe repair

• Sewer backup services

• Fixture installation and repair

Services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via text.

• Same-day and emergency services are subject to technician availability.

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid potential service fees.

• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a call-out fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Estimates are provided free of charge following a site visit.

• Final pricing is based on scope of work, materials used, and labor time.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, major credit cards, and e-transfer.

4. Warranty

• We offer a limited workmanship warranty on most services. Specific details will be outlined on your invoice.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and fixtures.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate access to the property.

• Ensure all plumbing areas are safe and accessible.

• Inform us of any special conditions (e.g., health hazards, pets, fragile materials).

6. Limitation of Liability

GTA Rooter will not be liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions not caused by our work.

• Incidental damages due to delayed access or concealed issues.

• Any loss or damage resulting from customer-provided materials or incomplete disclosure of issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including logo, images, text, and graphics) is the property of GTA Rooter and may not be used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
